Sotera Digital provides the first truly secure mobile communications solution. Designed from the silicon up and utilizing a proprietary operating system our security solution is the only one in the market to be validated by a 3rd party independent penetration test.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth into strategic markets that have an identified business need for secure communications.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by identifying and developing new customers through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and value props of our secure communication solution to targeted and assigned territories.
• Set priority tasks for each day to communicate with target prospects and leads developed through Marketing and Business Development activity and capture outcome.
• Managing a high volume of inbound/outbound engagement with a strategy on prioritization of your leads.
• Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in HubSpot and other reporting tools.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecasts.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives met.
• Collaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the technical sales preferred.
• Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.
• Ambitious, aggressive, and coachable.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Quick learner who collaborates well with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building/maintaining skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A sense of urgency and desire to rapidly accelerate results and career with Sotera Sales
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with a diverse group of personalities; must be approachable, show respect for others and be able to present data with effective communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; HubSpot a plus.
• Ability to travel as required by customers

Base pay range: $50,000 - $100,000 plus commission, commensurate with experience.
